Calculate the amount of BSA-specific antibody per ml of antiserum:

From the graph, read off the A280 and amount of antigen at the point of equivalence (the point where the maximum amount of precipitate forms):

  1. 0.040 = 0µl antigen

  2. 0.120 = 5µl antigen

  3. 0.265 = 20µl antigen

  4. 0.200 = 35µl antigen

  5. 0.130 = 50µl antigen

  6. 0.050 = 100µl antigen
